PLC Programming Services are available using many of the most popular models. Traditionally we use Allen Bradley Micrologix, SLC500, PLC5 and Control Logix. Numerous communications options are available e.g. RS232, DH+, DH485, Ethernet, Controlnet, Devicenet, Modbus and Remote I/O. Various user interfaces are available from full SCADA to HMI. HMI Units we use are AB Panelviews and Digital Proface. We are an authorised Proface sales, service & repair centre. SCADA packages such as RSView 32, Specview and Wonderware are available. DMG is an authorised sales and service centre for Specview and Eurotherm’s Wonderware packages. Our Proface units can be shipped with a reduced version of Wonderware and additional software to duplicate operator screens on a remote PC.
All our control systems are available with modem units allowing remote dial-up access. We also offer Active Display Server which will allow access to plant/equipment via the internet. Systems supported with an appropriate contract, will allow engineers to have storage space on our servers. This ensures a secure storage medium for PLC software/SCADA projects.
